Ben was the Head of Diversified Development at Charter Hall following the acquisition by Charter Hall of Folkestone Limited. As Head of Real Estate at Folkestone Limited, the business was grown from a market capitalization of ~$12m to ~$205m with funds under management of over $1.0 billion. Ben has previously held senior executive roles at Stockland and Lend Lease and he has a Bachelor of Industrial Design, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and a Diploma of Property Finance from the Property Council of Australia. Ben is an Industry Advisory Committee Member for the University of Technology (UTS) Bachelor of Property Development Program and Vice President and Director of Rowing Australia where he is Chair of the Audit, Nominations and Ethics Committee.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Management (majoring in real estate investment and valuation) from the University of Queensland and has over 18 years’ experience gained across real estate asset management, development and funds management. Sean has held senior executive roles at Charter Hall Group (CHC) and prior to that, Folkestone Limited, managing diverse real estate portfolios including mixed-use master planned developments, hotels, enterprise parks, residential, seniors living as well as the traditional sectors.  Prior to Folkestone Limited, Sean worked for a major property developer in the UK and Ireland, and before that worked in commercial property finance roles at Ashe Morgan and ANZ Bank.

Greg has more than 45 years experience in the real estate and funds management industry and is a Non-Executive Director of the Charter Hall Group (CHC) and Eureka Group Holdings Ltd (EGH). Greg is the former Managing Director of Folkestone Limited, which Charter Hall Group acquired in November 2018. Greg was the cofounder of Growth Equities Mutual, Paladin Australia, and the James Fielding Group and CEO of Mirvac Group between 2004 and 2008. He is a past president of the Property Council of Australia and Investment Funds Association. Greg is the current Chair of BackTrack, an organisation assisting vulnerable young people, a board member of the Sydney Swans and Sydney Swans Foundation and Director of the Garvan Research Foundation.

Artie holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS, a Masters in Commerce from WSU (specializing in Real Estate Investment and Development) and a Diploma of Sustainability from UTAS. Artie held an investment executive role at Charter Hall Group (CHC) where he was responsible for the operation of their Diversified portfolio.  ​
